Restylane (Hyaluronic Acid)
This is cosmetic filler that does not contain any animal proteins and Restylane will:
-replace lost of volume around the mouth
-lines around your nose
-restores the facial volume for a more youthful look
-restore loss of volume around the eyes
-treatment generally lasts from four to six months
A few precautions prior to treatment are to avoid:
-aspirin products
- non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications
-St. John’s wort
-or any high doses of Vitamin E supplements
All the aforementioned medications may cause increased bruising or bleeding in the injection areas.
Restylane does not require any pre-testing prior to injection, without any waiting period, it is FDA approved and has been used in over 1.4 million treatments. The Restylane procedure will be customized to your specific needs; therefore, your individual cost may vary.
